Tomato smoothie

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 3 Toma'licious Tomatoes
  • 1 celery stem
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200ml natural yoghurt

Preparation

  • Cut the Toma'licious Tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Wash the celery stem and cut off the end on both sides.
  • Add the basil leaves, sliced Toma'licious Tomatoes, the yoghurt and some salt to the blender.
  • Puree briefly and pour out into a glass.
  • Top with the celery stalk.
