Toma'amoris hummus with Moroccan spices

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g Stoffels Toma’amoris tomato sauce
  • 125g cooked chickpeas
  • 50 ml tahini
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshy ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Moroccan spice mix (cumin, chilli, onion, garlic, coriander, oregano, paprika)

Preparation

  • Put the Toma'amoris sauce, chickpeas, tahini, lemon zest and juice, olive oil and Moroccan spices in a blender.
  • Blend to a smooth hummus.
  • Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
  • Store the hummus chilled until serving. 

Tip: Serve the hummus festively in a bowl, garnished with extra olive oil and pomegranate seeds.
