Toast with Toma'dor Tomatoes and Feta
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 Toma'dor tomatoes
- 1 baguette
- 40 grams of feta cheese
- Fresh fennel sprouts
Preparation
- Coat the baguette slices on both sides with a thin layer of oil.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle a little salt over the bread and bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
- Spread bread slices with feta cheese.
- Chop tomatoes and place on feta cheese.
- Finish with fennel leaves
