200 gr Toma'color cut in brunoise (without skin and seeds)
100 gr cucumber cut in brunoise (without peel and without seeds)
50 gr sweet onion cut in brunoise
10 gr coriander finely chopped
1 lime for juice and zest
1 chilli (without seeds) finely chopped

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to make a fresh salsa.
Super easy recipe but incredibly tasty! For example as a side-dish with the bbq! Or even with some nachos on the couch.
