Salsa fresca of Toma'color tomatoes
Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 gr Toma'color cut in brunoise (without skin and seeds)
- 100 gr cucumber cut in brunoise (without peel and without seeds)
- 50 gr sweet onion cut in brunoise
- 10 gr coriander finely chopped
- 1 lime for juice and zest
- 1 chilli (without seeds) finely chopped
- Pepper and salt
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together to make a fresh salsa.
- Super easy recipe but incredibly tasty! For example as a side-dish with the bbq! Or even with some nachos on the couch.
