Salsa fresca of Toma'color tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 gr Toma'color cut in brunoise (without skin and seeds)
  • 100 gr cucumber cut in brunoise (without peel and without seeds)
  • 50 gr sweet onion cut in brunoise
  • 10 gr coriander finely chopped
  • 1 lime for juice and zest
  • 1 chilli (without seeds) finely chopped
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together to make a fresh salsa.
  • Super easy recipe but incredibly tasty! For example as a side-dish with the bbq! Or even with some nachos on the couch.
