Plate cake with Toma'chef tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250gram Toma'chef tomatoes
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs

Preparation

  • Thinly slice the different tomatoes.
  • Mix crème fraiche and pesto.
  • Heat the oven for to 200 degrees.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
  • Spread the puff pastry with the crème fraîche pesto and distribute the tomatoes.
  • Season with pepper, a little sea salt and provencal herbs.
  • Fold the edges inwards so you get a raised edge on all sides.
  • Bake the sheet cake for about 20 minutes until the dough turns a nice golden brown.
