Pasta alle Puttanesca with Toma'dor and Toma'gusto

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g Toma'dor tomatoes
  • 400 g linguine
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red peppers
  • 120 g black olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons capers
  • 800 g Toma'gusto tomatoes
  • Pepper and salt
  • Herbs: parsley and basil

Preparation

  • Prepare pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Peel the garlic, stone the peppers and coarsely chop them. Halve the Toma'dor tomatoes and olives. Cut the Toma'gusto tomatoes into pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, lightly roast the garlic and peppers. Add olives, Toma'dor tomatoes and capers and swirl briefly.
  • Deglaze with Toma'gusto tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Spoon the pasta through the mixture and serve with chopped herbs.
