Ingredients for 4 people
- 8 Toma'licious tomatoes
- 1 lobster per person
- 100 grams caviar
Preparation
- Wash and thinly slice the Toma'licious tomatoes.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
- Add plenty of salt: about a tablespoon of salt per litre of water.
- Remove the rubber bands from the claws and now slide the lobster into the boiling water.
- If you want to eat it cooked, count a total of 1 minute per 100 grams.
- Arrange the Toma'licious tomatoes on the plate. In the centre, centre the lobster.
- Finish with caviar on the tomatoes
