Ingredients for 4 people

  • 8 Toma'licious tomatoes
  • 1 lobster per person
  • 100 grams caviar

Preparation

  • Wash and thinly slice the Toma'licious tomatoes.
  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
  • Add plenty of salt: about a tablespoon of salt per litre of water.
  • Remove the rubber bands from the claws and now slide the lobster into the boiling water.
  • If you want to eat it cooked, count a total of 1 minute per 100 grams.
  • Arrange the Toma'licious tomatoes on the plate. In the centre, centre the lobster.
